Meeting Program: The Capital to Capital Trail- Beth Weisbrod, Executive Director of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation gives a presentation on the status of the VA Capital to Capital Trail. The Virginia Capital Trail Foundation is the principal advocate for the project and works with the Virginia Department of Transportation and other private and public stakeholders to fulfill a world-class vision of the Trail.
